We called privacy fence company after seeing a sign in someone's yard. They were so nice to talk to and made an appointment to promptly come over to see what we were looking for. Very soon after we received our quote! Then after we accepted the quote they again promptly scheduled our install! The install went very smoothly and suddenly we had our fence!!! It looks beautiful and we couldn't be happier! Their service and correspondence were very impressive!! Highly recommend!

I had a phenomenal experience. Customer service was exceptional. My fence came out perfect and the installers worked all day in the cold and rain. I never heard any complaints even though they were all completely soaked. The horrible weather didn't slow down their work at all either. I have nothing bad to say. Privacy did a amazing job. My neighborhood has a HOA and our yard has a easement due to a drain with the city of Kentwood. This limited our options to only have a white vinyl fence and the location our fence could stop. Privacy fence took my design idea and delivered to perfection.
